DC Sports 3-into-1 headers will breathe new life into the performance of your vehicle. Available in 100% stainless steel (including the flanges), in a brushed finish that has a tooled, one-off fabricated look, or polished for high style and in mild steel with a proprietary ceramic coated finish. DC Sports 3-1 Header flanges are CNC machined and are robotically welded to the header pipes. Not stopping there, DC Sports machine grinds the flange mating surface to ensure a leak-free seal. When possible, excess material is removed (scalloped) around the flanges to further reduce weight. DC Sports state-of-the-art manufacturing process ensures superior quality and a perfect fit with every header system they make. As always, comprehensive installation instructions are included with every system, as well as all the necessary hardware.
